V L Martin Enterprises Logistics Manager Reshipping Scam At Sendmeabox.com
Watch out job seekers, there’s another package forwarding/re-shipping job scam that just got started the middle of June 2017 at Sendmeabox.com. Someone going by the name Robert Murphy claiming to represent the V L Martin Enterprises Human Resources Department has been sending unsolicited emails to unsuspecting job seekers requesting them to apply for their “Logistics Manager” position on their Sendmeabox.com website. Below is a screenshot of the website’s application process page at http://sendmeabox.com/apply/form?id=id01-smbweb-17060923-a1-3 which by the way, we found to NOT be secured or protected by SSL but yet are asking for applicants address, email address and phone numbers!
The website was originally registered in 2014 by Frankie Schild in Quincy Massachusetts and it was eventually parked at sedoparking.com in Sept 2016 and was deleted several days later. Then a new person going by the name of Don Kincaid using the business name V L Martin Enterprises and the address 1108 East Rialto Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408 (which BTW is NOT a valid address), apparently just bought the domain in June 2017, moved it to a host in Germany and created a new website.
The Unsolicited Email
Here is a copy of the initial unsolicited job offer email that was sent to one of our readers who asked us to look into this scam.

This growth has happened rather quickly and we are in need of motivated and ambitious individuals to join our highly successful team. That being said, after reviewing your work experience and skills, we have determined that you would be a great fit for us.
Currently, we are hiring for the position of Logistics Manager. This is a remote position that does not require any relocation on your part. Some local travel may be required at times, but you are reimbursed for any expenses you may incur. We require our employees to be self-motivated, dependable and trustworthy. If you agree with our assessment of your abilities, we invite you to apply for this position. We are conducting immediate interviews and are looking to fill this position as quickly as possible.

After applying, the recipient received another email a day or 2 later stating they have accepted their application and wanted to set up a phone interview. Which of course they stated the interview went well and then instructed them to go to the next step of completing the “Employment Agreement” which was signed by the same person who registered the website, Don Kincaid “CEO”. Also our reader was instructed to send a picture of himself holding their photo ID or driver license.
Then of course our reader was hired for the probationary period which is the same procedure all these reshipping job scammers follow. Then they were assigned to their “Supervisor” Angel Ross.

In the initial email Robert Murphy sends out, he states that “Sendmeabox on-line platform is legally owned and registered under V L Martin Enterprises. Our name may sound familiar to you. We are considered a premier supplier of global logistics and shipping solutions.”
First of all, ANYONE can register a domain (even under a fake name) and list any “business name” they want! That doesn’t mean that the LEGITIMATE VL Martin Enterprises is associated with Don Kincaid or Sendmeabox.com.

V L Martin Enterprises is a privately held company in Klamath Falls, OR and is a Unknown business.
Categorized under Hot Tubs and Spas Supplies and Parts. Our records show it was established in 2008 and incorporated in Oregon. Current estimates show this company has an annual revenue of $1 to 2.5 million and employs a staff of approximately 1 to 4.
There is no website and very little information on this company and they are no longer registered or incorporated in the state of Oregon. However there is a business currently registered as an LLC in Las Vegas Nevada under VL Martin LLC owned by Valerie Martin who also owns the domain vlmartinenterprises.com!
But neither of these companies is or was a supplier of “Global Logistics and shipping solutions” IF VL Martin Enterprises is even in business at all anymore which it appears that neither location is.
But it’s funny how Sendmeabox.com lists their headquarters on their contact page as 439 S Stoddard Ave, Suite 105, San Bernardino, CA 92401, which just so happens to be a manufacturing facility currently listed for sale and appears to be vacant. There are no office “Suites” in this building and no business listing in any directory for VL Martin Enterprises or Sendmeabox anywhere in San Bernardino, CA!

Clearly this is your typical package forwarding/re-shipping job scam. The job responsibilities and the too good to be true salary are exactly the same as every other reshipping scam we have warned our readers about. When the employee questioned Angel Ross about this being a scam, mentioned talking to the police and asked her about VL Martin Enterprises business license here is the series of responses she received:

Imagine THAT! We have a thief who is stealing innocent peoples credit card numbers to purchase expensive electronics and other items and launders the merchandise and compromises innocent job seekers by using their mailing address to accept and reship their stolen goods, and she is calling the employee an EMBEZZLER?
I found it interesting that Angel’s grammar in her earlier pre-formatted emails to this employee (but didn’t post here) all of a sudden changed from normal english to obviously someone whose spelling skills and grammar shows that english is not her primary language in the emails above. My guess she’s possibly Russian or eastern european perhaps. And is no doubt one of the foreigners who is posting fake praises about this company in response to online complaints about Sendmeabox.com as well as verbally attacking another person on the sendmeabox.com website for posting a complaint against them at https://reportscam.com/sendmeaboxcom/.
What To Do If You Are A Victim

If you believe you’re a victim of a re-shipping/forwarding scam, file a complaint with Postal Inspectors online or call Postal Inspectors at 1-877-876-2455 (option 4, Mail Fraud).
If you have fell victim to a money mule employment scam, you need to contact your bank immediately and close your account IF you have provided your account information to the scammers. Next file a police report with your local authorities and also report the scam at http://ic3.gov which is the official site working in conjunction with the FBI to help stop internet crime.
If you provided your personal information like ss # birthdate etc , you need to contact the 3 credit bureaus- TransUnion, Equifax and Experian, and place a fraud alert on your report. These criminals can steal your identity and may try and obtain credit in your name. Doing this will alert you for at least 90 days about any suspicious activity.
In the hands of a thief, just your name, address, Social Security number or date of birth, can be used over and over months- even years down the road to:
Open new lines of credit
Seek medical attention
Drain savings and retirement accounts
Provide an alias when arrested
Get a job or file false tax returns
Get Payday Loans in your name
Obtain service agreements for cellular service or utilities
Obtain Government Documents such as a drivers license or passport

Scammers will always claim they are legitimate. Do you honestly think they would admit they’re fake? It’s beyond me why anyone still thinks these reshipping/package forwarding work at home “Jobs” are legitimate when there is all these warnings out there about these scams by the FBI, The US Postal Inspector, The FTC and many others. Getting a check from these scammers should be the least of your worries when you should be worried about going to prison!

Yes we’re aware of that link which is a bunch of garbage they believe makes them appear legit but in reality it just shows the opposite.
As far as shipito.com, They are a registered LLC in the state of Utah as SHIPITO LLC which matches the websites whois address information, however the registered name on the LLC registration is DAVID J. NIELSEN and the website registration name is Chris Bauer. The website does not show there is an office or warehouse in Utah. They show there are 3 warehouse locations in California, Nevada and Oregon but does not provide any addresses for these warehouses or a main office address. They claim the packages are shipped to the warehouses from where ever the items are purchased and then processed and shipped directly to the customer from there. They are also supposedly affiliated with US Unlocked which is apparently a pre-paid debit card and they also supposedly offer an affiliate program through incparadise.net which is a website that sells incorporations and LLC’s so that doesn’t make any sense.
There is a lot of bad reviews out there about shipito.com from doing a simple search. So they don’t have a very reputable reputation.
But I will say this much, if you received an unsolicited email from someone claiming to represent Shipito offering you a “work from home” job with a too good to be true salary accepting packages at your home, relabeling and then reshipping them elsewhere, delete it.. it’s a scam.
I was out of the city last few days and i just came back and read email from them. When I asked who is Frankie Schild they say she is founder of Sendmeabox.com. So it looks legal when you check the domain. They also are BBB registered business at 1108 East Rialto Ave, San Bernardino, CA 92408 and they list this address on the web-site as well. I can not find anything illegal about them. Sorry.
“V L Martin Enterprises THIS BUSINESS IS NOT BBB ACCREDITED.” This was taken from the BBB website. The BBB has listings of every business name whether they are a registered legal business or not. It does not provide any owner’s name and says there’s only 1 employee and no reviews or complaints. Hardly what you can call reliable business info and I’ve seen hundreds of these BBB listings on so called business names that didn’t even exist and that info was used by scammers. In fact I was scammed by a fake business who was using the info from the BBB several years ago! Frankie Schild was the original registrant of sendmeabox.com and that persons address was 2190 Ferguson Street, Quincy, MA, 02169. The domain was parked and then deleted in 2016. It changed ownership in June 2017 when the website was created. Where is their California state business or entity registration? There is no credible information to be found that proves this is an active Global LOGISTICS company doing business in San Bernardino California. I cannot find anything LEGAL about them. Sorry.

These scammers will say anything to try and convince you that they are, and you can see the comments they have made here already on this post to try and discredit this website. We’ve been right here warning our readers about job scams for almost 5 years and you can go back and read all the comments that victims has posted over the years in response to our articles that will validate that our reports are accurate.
Sendmeabox.com has only been around for 2 months and the garbage they posted on their website about us and their innocent victim is nothing but lies and only proves furthur they are definitely not a legitimate or ethical business.

Are you asking about the comments to the articles we have posted over the years? You can go to the main page and click on the category “Employment And Job Scams” and on each article the comments will be at the bottom if there are any. Not all articles were commented on, but most were and some had a LOT of comments. There are just so many different scams and scammers out there the feds can’t catch all of them especially when they are using fake names, and use untraceable email addresses etc. The only thing we can do is keep making people aware of these scams to prevent more victims and those who do fall victim needs to report as much info to the feds as they can.

Be leery of that paypal payment as it may be bogus as well. I wouldn’t be too quick to cash it out or spend it yet, as
many times those type of payments has been found to be fraudulent weeks later as well. If you withdrew
it or spent it before the fraud is discovered, paypal will come after you to repay it.
I’ve verified it with PayPal and transaction was legit. I also checked orders I received with postal inspector and everything is fine.
Well Lakita, best of luck to you. The postal inspector is the first person that will tell you accepting packages at your home and reshipping them elsewhere is a scam. I’m not stupid, I know all you people posting here, defending this “company” are part of the scam. So have a nice day.

VL Martin Enterprises is NOT a registered company in the state of California! They are using fake business addresses as well.
I suggest you call your attorney general’s office or contact the US postal inspector at 1-877-876-2455
(option 4, Mail Fraud)if you need more proof.
