WX, LLC Virtual Assistant Job Scam At Zkite.com
Several weeks ago we warned our readers about a Virtual Assistant Job Scam for a company called Gift, LLC. Now it seems we have another similar job scam with a company called WX, LLC and their website is located at www.zkite.com! Below is a screenshot of the website:
There are several things about this WX, LLC “company” and their website that sends up quite a few red flags! So keep reading!
No WX, LLC Registered In Pennsylvania
1st of all the business address list on the website and in their recruiting emails shows as 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102. However the business phone # on the website, (516) 858-5902 is located in New York, New York! Hmmm! We couldn’t find any business by the name WX, LLC at that Market St address!
So we checked the registered corporations and business entities for the state of Pennsylvania at https://www.corporations.pa.gov and just as we thought, there is no WX, LLC registered in that state!
We did however, manage to find a post on yahoo answers from a few years back where a reader was asking about a virtual assistant job offer they received from a company called Happy, LLC and the business address they were using was…you guessed it.. 1515 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19102! The reader was warned that the job offer was indeed a scam! They also referenced a source: https://www.scambook.com/report/view/263516/Happy-LLC-Complaint-263516-for-$0.00
The telltale sign of a scam that reader was warned about above is exactly the same here found on the FAQ page at zkite.com:
If I need to order certain service(s) or pay for something on behalf of the customer – how does it work? I mean, do I have to pay out of my pocket in advance?
No, You do not have to pay for anything in advance.
– Every spending during your approbation period (list of items, travelling expenses, shipping, additional expenses, total cost etc) must be confirmed with our customer first. Once confirmed, the required amount is transferred to your credit card or bank account so you can take care of everything.
– Upon successful completion of your approbation period, you are provided with a credit card to cover all required expenses.
I bolded in red text the telltale sign above, which btw was also used in the Gift, LLC scam as well!
(Seriously, an approbation period? Really? The person who wrote the content for that website is definitely NOT from the U.S!)
So I found it quite interesting when I checked out the “Terms Of Service” page on the WX, LLC website at zkite.com/terms_of_service. It seems they didn’t proof read or correct the business name used in most of the paragraphs on that page! Below is a partial copy of just some of that page:
Happy, LLC makes no warranty regarding any articles, services or otherwise, purchased or obtained through the Happy service, or any other transaction entered through its use. No information or promises, whether oral or written and obtained by members shall create any warranty or guarantee not make expressly in this section of this document.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permissible to the applicable law, neither WX LLC nor its officers nor employees nor contractors shall be liable for any direct (unless mentioned otherwise in this section), indirect, actual, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of member’s access to, use of, inability to use, or reliance on the service provided, even if advised of the possibility of such damages in writing. Happy, LLC’s sole liability for direct damages arising from a breach of any of these Terms of Use on its part is only the amount service fee paid by user for the period of time when the alleged direct damage occurred.
12. Other Terms and Conditions
Happy, LLC owns the content under this website and service, including graphics, software, all copyrightable material, layouts of pages, text, design, applicable processes and procedures, translations, digital conversions and other materials designed by the company or any of its contractors, employees or otherwise.
So it’s pretty clear that Happy, LLC and WX, LLC is obviously the same group of scammers!

James Kusimo
HR Manager
Since this email was forwarded to us by the reader who received it, we were able to trace the location the original email was sent from. We discovered the email was actually sent by someone in Russia NOT Pennsylvania!!
What I found to be amusing is the name James Kusimo who is supposedly the HR Manager for WX, LLC listed above, is the same name of a man who was convicted in Maryland as the Leader Of A $1.5 Million Fraudulent Check Cashing Scheme in 2016!
So BEWARE of fraudulent job offers like this one from WX, LLC!
What To Do If You Are A Victim
If you have fell victim to an employment scam like this, you need to contact your bank immediately and close your account IF you have provided your account information to the scammers. Next file a police report with your local authorities and then file a complaint with the FBI’s internet crime center at http://www.ic3.gov/
If you provided your personal information like ss # birthdate etc , you need to contact the 3 credit bureaus- TransUnion, Equifax and Experian, and place a fraud alert on your report. These criminals can steal your identity and may try and obtain credit in your name. Doing this will alert you for at least 90 days about any suspicious activity.
In the hands of a thief, just your name, address, Social Security number or date of birth, can be used over and over months- even years down the road to:
Open new lines of credit
Seek medical attention
Drain savings and retirement accounts
Provide an alias when arrested
Get a job or file false tax returns
Get Payday Loans in your name
Obtain service agreements for cellular service or utilities
Obtain Government Documents such as a drivers license or passport
And MORE!
That’s why I highly recommend you get some sort of ongoing identity theft protection such as the services offered through companies like LifeLock-Visit Their Website Here or Identity Force-visit their website here! LifeLock and Identity Force are both reputable companies that monitors your accounts and alerts and protects you from identity theft.
Have you received a Job offer from WX, LLC or other work at home “Virtual or Personal Assistant” job that seems suspicious? Feel free to copy and paste the info in the comments so we can help alert and prevent others from becoming victims.

1) At first this is a part-time position with a flexible schedule. You should treat this opportunity as additional earnings. But you have to be available on the phone and access your email when needed. Our company holds leading position on the market mostly because of a large number of assistants in almost every place of the USA and fastest turnaround time possible.

It is also unjustified from the economic point of view taking in consideration that it is distance work. The primary communication means are the Internet and/or telephone. However, we will make certainly an interview during the trail period or after you have succeeded it.
3) We start with a 30-day test period (or 40 hours, depending on load). We pay $2,750 for the trial period and considering this is a trial period you will need to work approx. 2 hours a day.
4) Upon completion, if everything is OK and you show yourself in a good way, we will propose to you a longer-term agreement, with a salary of $2,750/month ($33,000 Annual salary). The meeting in our office on the wish.
